Clear browsing data and restart the page. Also check if you’re using the newest version of the browser. Try a different browser (we like Google Chrome) Try an Incognito / Private Window (this will rule out an issue with browser extensions). Restart the device (sounds simple, but it works!) If possible, try a different device. If possible, try a different internet connection! School and/or corporate firewalls occasionally block our video provider.
Make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you forgot your password you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot my Password" under the sign in. You will be asked for your email address, an email will be sent to your email address with a reset link, make sure to wait around 5 to 10 min before asking for another link. Always use the latest email you received to reset your password.
Card processing issues are often caused by a restriction set by the cardholder's bank. From insufficient funds, to an overzealous fraud system, payment failures can happen for a number of reasons. You can try to pay with a different card if you have it. You can contact your bank and ask why the payment was declined. You can ask your bank to allow the purchase if they restricted it.
All of the workshops you buy are saved in your site dashboard. In order to see them you need to log in using your credentials.
In order to change your email address you will need to be logged in. After you log in the website, click on the avatar image, go to My Account and from there you will be able to change your email and other info.
Once you buy a workshop you will have life time access, downloading the workshop is not an option as long as the workshop is hosted on our platform. In the eventuality that our platform closes, you will receive an email with a download link for any workshops you have purchased.
